We built the foundation of Horse Play's team development program on the principles of group function presented in Patrick Lencioni's The Five Dysfunctions of a Team incorporated with the experiential learning components of horses, play, and a nature-based setting to provide an especially credible and effective form of training and development for corporate teams.
