Managers and senior executives use Horse Play leadership development programs to hone their leadership, problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills. Leadership teams use Horse Play to create shared vision, to identify or broaden awareness of challenges and how to address them, and to create cohesiveness in order to shift organizational culture to a more productive atmosphere.
Through the program's equine mentors, clients encounter living examples of nonverbal communication and instinctual behavior, allowing them to experience and influence the processes related to leadership.
